We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

You may request a refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is not delivered within the estimated timeframe
  • You received the wrong product

Non-returnable items:

  • Used items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refunds are processed once approved and may take 5–10 business days.
